ECF VS Boston, Pistons nirvana or deja vu from last year?

Here we are. Pistons fans and perhaps the entire NBA had called this matchup from early in the season.

The team that has been in the ECF the last 5 years, against the annointed retooled Celtics.

Can the Pistons match the Celtics intensity, consistently for a series? Will the Pistons steal game 1 after Boston has just completed a grueling 7 game series?

How will the Pistons mindset be for this, their sixt consecutive ECF?

Re: ECF VS Boston, Pistons nirvana or deja vu from last year?

Looking at the Boston/Cleveland series was like watching paint dry.

The Celtics look very tired and trying to figure out what hit them because they have never been this far into the playoffs in a verrrry long time and never as a group.

Did anyone see Kevin Garnett sucking air on Friday from the 3rd quarter on?

The long playoff trail that the Celtic just blazed works in the Pistons favor. KG, Ray (lost his shot) Allen, Pierce and the rest must now experience what it is like to play with the big boys.

To not win on the road for the entire playoffs thus far is not a good sign of things to come.

I think the pistons had the opportunity to sit back and break the games down that the Celtics have played, they will have a better opportunity of being able to exploit the Celts weaknesses, which are aplenty.

I agree that the Pistons need to run their Arses off, upp the tempo and the Celts will be trying to figure out what hit them.

Is there a "Pistons in 6 option"? I don't see a sweep, but a good chance Pistons go to the Finals after closing out Boston at home in game 6.

I guess option 1 in the poll is the closest to my liking.

I called a sweep, because Nemo said so.

We really really really have to jump on them in Game 1. It's going to be our best opportunity to really get to them. If we can win game 1 I'll feel pretty good about our chances.

It is DEFINITELY doable.

I am from Boston and I am not a Pistons fan. I am actually a fan without a team.

I am rooting for the Pistons to win this series.

I HATE the Celtics with a passion and I am going to kill something (probably a plant) if they win anything.

My name is Karmas Coming because I hope the bad karma the Celtics have is coming to take them out.

The team is full of the most obnoxious team in the NBA. Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett need to be shut up.
