Thumbs up Go Pistions Go!!!

Spurs Fan in Texas routing for the 'Good Guys from Detroit"

NBA admits it blew a call against on Barry... after the game (and Lakers go up 3-1). Stern, league and media are salivating for a Boston / Fakers series... then the Euro trash Gasol is praised for D'ing up Duncan and grabbing boards (err push off every time board but 6'2" Tony Parker knocks him on the ground...). Stern and his lakies gave the Spurs a first class ticket to "dreams of reliving the glory days of the 80's, you are not in it."

After last night's loss, just know that there are quite a few Spurs fans in Texas who have thrown in all our support for the Pistons. Celtics are a bunch of punk %%%%%'s who receive to many whistles. Trust me it's tough to watch, it is apparent what the "NBA" is fixing but the C's are much weaker than LA and Pistons can get it done.

We would love to watch the Detroit Basketball stomp the living pee out of the Fakers. We want the Pistons to continue to fight through the flopping celtics and the traveling pierces. Keep watching and keep cheering... there are some new voices cheering on the 'boys.

Welcome spurs fan. We appreciate your standing shoulder to shoulder with us tonight against the malevolent hordes of Boston.

Btw, please make sure you read our Forum Guidelines, particularly with regards to profanity. Thanks!

What`s the tone there in SA after the loss?

Will there be any changes next year?

The tone is solid... disapointment mainly... summer starts a little earlier than last year! However, fans want to blame someone because it is hard to admit that the team lost the way it did (4-1). Personaly, we played the Suns and Hornets compared with the Lakers playing Jazz and Nuggets. Those series took a lot out of the team. There I go again, another excuse...

Horry, Finely and Thomas are Free Agents so the hope is to get some guys who can contribute a little more but still fit into the system. Spurs have been grabbing older vetrans who can fit it but contribute as role players. Great strategy but those guys eventually run out of gas. The core group is intact with Duncan, Manu and Parker. Pop is still on board is a great coach. There is confidence is there but some concern about some of the players getting a little long in the tooth. Not to mention the teams in the West getting much better... Hornets, Lakers and Trailblazers.
