If CB doesn't get a max deal I believe he will ask for a sign and trade probably to go back home to Denver.

Our P.G. of the future will be a young, create your own shot, defensive minded coming out of this year's draft. Bet on it.

This youngster will be a starter guaranteed.

I truly believe that Stuckey needs to start, Billups becomes expendable, trade him now while he still have value .

LB down in Charlotte can finish honing his PG skills along with Rasheed, they may in fact turn that franchise around.

It will be beneficial for both clubs, #1 LB will received 2 players that helped to win him his first ring, plus the Carolina connection, plus the respect factor that both of these players can bring to the org. (Well Billups anyway)

The Pistons get a chance to see Stucky blossom into an outstanding pg that can penetrate, pass and play good defense.

A compliment to Hamilton creating a super fast back court and we get away from that slowed down style bringing the ball up the court. Billups is slow.

The team would become more athletic especially if AJ, AA and Max get significant minutes.

We can ask for Okafur and Matt Carroll.

Just think if we could pick up Brand as a FA, a frontcourt of Brand and Okafur would be awesome.

I don't think he would have any say in where he gets traded. Doesn't matter if he's settled or not. He can get traded anywhere whether he likes it or not.

Why would Pistons want to trade one of the better point guards in the NBA? If Stuck gets around 25-30 minutes per game - it will be plentiful for him to continue developing. The back court is not Pistons problem.

So very true. I think they need to get a big who will stay his behind down low. What good is an athletic 7 footer if he's jackin threes all day. Granted Sheed CAN hit those shots and when he's on, HE'S ON but when he's off, he's the very definition of broke! Sheed, why can't you stay down low and use that UNSTOPPABLE turn-around? Why can't you be that consistant beast we all know you can? Keep the 3 ball but mix in a lot more stuff in the paint!

If Curry decides to go in another direction with team style, you konow, up tempo, fast breaking which will require an athletc pg, ala stucky, rip, AA.

I never considered Billups in the top 5.

Re: New Sheriff in Town...Rodney Stuckey

I am not ready to hand over the starting PG to Stuckey yet. I know CB can't run the fast break to perfection, tends to over dribble, and will take big shots and BS shots, but he is still the leader and possibly the new coach can reel him in.

Stuckey will get more tuning this summer in Vegas to improve his game and should get 20 minutes min every game as the back up and occasional starter.
