| Detroit Pistons War Room With Dumars vowing to change the culture of the team, we have the opportunity for trade speculation like we haven't had in years. The War Room thread was created to gather information to make better (theoretical) decisions regarding player movement. Looking at the big picture, we have MLE's, Draft choices (more in 2009), & trade opportunities. Free Agents 2008 RealGM: 2008 Free Agents Free Agents 2009 RealGM: 2009 Free Agents Draft 2008 NBADraft.net | Home DraftExpress - NBA Draft, NCAA/International Basketball Website. Picks 29 & 59 Team Roster and Salary http://www.pistonsforum.com/view-pistonssalaries.html Some of this needs to be updated and others fleshed out so if you have new info like a player opting out or getting an offer or more detail like our picks situation in 2009, feel free to jump in. I can edit this post to get it up to date.

| Re: Detroit Pistons War Room I agree with you Cloud. For some reason, Portland is stockpiling a bunch of picks. It's very interesting how the Bobcats obtained another pick especially after LB really don't put a lot of stock into rookies. Seattle is a team that also havve a lot of picks I think 2 or 3 are in the first round. For Seattle and Portland to have that many picks with already having a load of rookies, first and second year players, they need a few veterans to even out that core. |

| Re: Detroit Pistons War Room Do you think Joe had a hard time sleeping last night? This is kind of like HIS first round play off game of 2008-09. This is where he makes an impact on the team. Do you think HE was giddy or do you think HE has the been there / done that attitude the day before the draft? |
