If we are going to take anyone from GS, I would rather it be Al Harrington afterall, he can play four different positions.

He's also decent on defense.

Re: The Denver deal to do....

Matt Barnes really doesnt take it to the rack that often. Hes more of a three point shooter, and not that accurate. I like Camby, he rebounds like crazy, blocks some shots, but hes pretty old, so i wouldnt take him. Atkins is a joke, i would try to get J.R. Smith instead of him.

I really like Camby but we'd have a glut of Big guys and that kind of imbalance would get us .75 on the dollar. I think Joe was poking around but ideally he'd want to make 1 move. Not make 1 move now and hope you can fix it later.

How about Tay+CB for Shawn Marion and Miami's draft pick?

Agreed whole-heartedly on the need for rebounding and post paint points...Camby could supply those when healthy.

Atkins IS a back up PG. And with Stuckey starting he'd possibly thinks there is a shot at becoming the starter, if he plays hard enough. He also knows our SYSTEM and would be another voice for Coach Curry. He is also a two year contract. Is he a defensive liability? Sure, but isn't Anthony? Isn't AI?. Isn't T-Mac?

A lot of us seem to be thinking points. I'm just thinking about our SYSTEM. Defense is our priority followed by players WILLING to play hard at all times. Our needs seem to be score in the paint, the ability to create off the dribble, defend their penetration and penetrate ourselves.
Agreed again...cept for the Melo 'defensive liability' part. I've put his 07-08 defensive stats against Tay's in other threads...his numbers pretty much blow Tay's away...Melo has a defensive side that I think would flourish in Detroit. I digress...back to Chucky. No way...I'd rather have Arroyo back
