OK, my point is, someone who keeps getting into the headlines for the wrong reasons and even in sit-down puff-piece-type interviews still makes it seem like he is a time bomb waiting to go off is not someone I want on my team. Whether he's guilty or not, he shows a history of extremely poor judgement, low levels of rational thought, and a basic disregard for other people. It is just my impression of him that he is TROUBLE.
The first thing they teach you in law school is how incredibly stupid juries are. I've found that to be true from my personal experience.

I know it's how our system works, but I wouldn't put too much stock in the findings of a jury.

If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck...

Just my opinion, folks.

That is true. I'd rather be judged by an anonymous internet personality named after a Star Wars character and a potato.

I'm so far from having a point.

I was actually called in for jury duty a couple months ago. That was the most boring day of my life. I just sat in a room with about 200 other people from 9 to 4:30 and hardly any of us were called. They only had 1 channel on the TV and it played daytime soaps.
