Are you referring to the gameplan we've had for the past three years?

Nope that didn't work....Joe made some emotional promises after he Finally fired Flip Flop. Now he has backslid into that 05-06-07 summer plan and guess what, probably the SOS next summer.

He's got to do something that will at least get us excited about next season...

We're HockeyTown, not Basketball Town.

Hell, even the Tigers made moves to become better. Cabarea (signing this guy for a long time ftw!) and D-Train.

If Joe thinks as highly of this Sharpe guy as he says he does it doesn't make a lot of sense to sign another SF when we having glaring needs at center.

Curry is gonna go with a defense we played previously. More "man to man" that isn't really man to man because of the help defense . We need that big shot blocker/defender in the middle to prevent all of the easy shots. IMO perimeter D is overrated because perimeter shooting is so hit and miss, the key is stopping those easy shots (layups,etc.).
But keeping ppl out of the paint IS perimeter defense. If you allow people in the paint at will it doesn't matter what big you have.

Joe is seriously testing my patience right now. After waiting 3 years for Flip to be fired, and now the lack of any signal that we are giving an offer sheet to anybody of importance is beyond irritating.

Why should Joe be telling the world what he is doing? You don't show your cards till the end of the round, people.

Realistically i realize that, but hearing the Spurs,BOS,etc. all making overtures + the last few years is not helping.

Good point. But I like this better than rushing to throw money at the Nazr Mohammeds of the NBA.
