Re: More Trade talk

Biedrins, Matt Barnes and a #1 pick for Chauncey perhaps? It is no secret that Biedrins doesn't really fit in with what the Warriors want to do.

Chauncey would be able to jack up 3's all day long in Warrior land.

He shoots in the high 50% to 60% from the foul line. That is respectable for a big man. It is a far cry from 32% and 41 % like Ben Wallace.

I just looked it up--Biedrins has exactly the same career FT percentage as Shaq, 52.4. Better than Ben, but it's a long way from respectable.

Re: More Trade talk

Barnes and Biedrins are both free agents, right? So there would have to be some kind of sign and trade.

I like both those guys, but CB alone probably wouldn't get it done.

Re: More Trade talk

I wouldn't WANT to get it done. Biedrins is a product of the system and would be terrible here, and Barnes is maybe worth 2 million a year.

I also read soemwhere that Joe is not enthused with Harrington's game, however, I thought a few years back he was trying to get him.

I would much rather have Stephen Jackson along with Barnes and a 1st rounder.

Re: More Trade talk

Something seems awfully wrong in a trade for Biedrins. a role player w/ upside, and one of the best PG's in the league and a Finals MVP. Don't do it Joe. Need a lot more to trade CB, even if he is irritating at times.
