Joe's raved about his influence on the young guys, and his game is based on skill more than athleticism. I know some people don't like him, but Joe D's view seems to be more on par with the other side.

For this to happen, two people will have to be happy and content after this season...Joe and Sheed. In my semi-humble opinion.
