I hope that this is just a big misunderstanding and that Lindsey Hunter is indeed a victim and cleared of any wrong doing.

Those diet pills are really screwing up LH's judgment.

This guy is a dolt. He thought someone was really going to give him $300,000 for doing nothing. I hate when people are victims of their own stupidity and cry about it.

This story is so wrong I don't even no where to begin. The guy's own friend sets him up. Lindsey "not my diet Pills' Hunter is in on it. And the pure stupidity of everyone involved.

Simply doesn't add up. The whole part about Hunter and party getting all excited over the guys credit score smells like fish guts to me. They needed to scam a guy making 35k a year? God knows there were a lot of guys "flippin" high dollar homes in Michigan in 2007.

Hunter may stupidly have lent his name to a grifter's Shylock mortgage company that worked the guy over. Though the portion about the FBI honing in on the big fish is likely the truth, they love squeezing celebrity rocks to make their lemonade...

Lindsey is supposed to be the most stand up guy on the team, yet he keeps getting entangled in webs of stupidity.

He's also relentless at man on man defending. Maybe he is relentless at getting your mortgage money.

Just my opinion, but I really think Hunter seems to be a decent man. I think maybe he isn't so bright and he certainly isn't my favorite player, but I don't think he's a crook. Kind of like Jammer...not bright and not a cro...oh yeah...Jammer is a crook and a corrupt commissioner to boot.

Regarding Hunter, I finally got around to reading the article, and however this thing is resolved it does not look like the kind of business transaction that the league wants to see its players participating in. I would guess that that Mr. D. is not too happy about it, and the pill thing, and that LH won't be joining the front office any time soon.

Hunter will be quietly dismissed if there's any meat to this issue.
