I agree, get a mean screaming his head off, putting the fear of god into all of his players coach.

I'd also give up on the west coast offense, and taylor my offense to the players that I have, instead of the other way around, which is what they seem to be trying to do.

Get a coach, a mean no frills mother, and stick woth him. Stick with him, win or lose, for more than a few years. Take Millen out of the locker room, and out of the coaches room, and out of the loop. Call the Patriots and try to buy any member of their front office we can.

I would fire MM, hire a mean coach as well. I would then draft Max Jean-Gilles, (UGA) with my first round pick. With my second round pick I would draft Greg Blue (UGA) with my 3rd round pick I would draft DJ Shockley (UGA) and in the 4th round I would take Minter (UGA)....you get my drift?

If we did get Young he would have to start winning right off, no babying. Which means he is on IR 8 games in. Good ideas.
...Since Millen and the Fords aint going anywhere. I say give MM one more major F'up before I start fixing up the Guiotine. He axed Mooch and that was a major correction. My guess is Mooch made it easy--with his mouth?!!

...I think Wayno could bring some serious love back to the fans. In a minor role. I don't know about Mitchell. Does Berry want to be a RB coach?

Being here in Detroit, I'm really torn. Do I watch the league-leading Pistons play one of the best of the west?...or do I watch the kitties sniff the bottom of the barrel again hoping for a win?
