Don't worry 'scoe, we'll meet outside at recess and steal some kids' lunch money if it will make you feel better.

I'm the same way. It's actually scary how much time i spend posting on here. My mom walks by and she's like talking to those piston people again? LOL

What I don`t understand is, some folks are bent on believing our 2007-2008 season depends on two very young players.

If the Pistons come short this year it will be a collective effort - all the way from Joe D to the last player on the bench.

You noted some of the positive play from AA and AJ, however, you failed to mention games where they both looked lost on the court. Of course they are young and bad games happen, so, how do we know what player will show up in the playoffs?

If that player (Amir) who has quickness and mobility picks up 3 fould in 3 minutes or (AA) commits a couple of bonehead turns, then what? Do you bench them? Or, do you keep giving them chances in the playoffs?

They both will get their chance, I just don`t think it will be this year, unless someone goes down with an injury. Perhaps, I will be proved wrong, if it results in a few wins, I hope I am.

Still trying to play catch up on my reading but wanted to put in my two cents on this. I think part of the reason that people are bummed is because by not playing AJ and AA in games like this; you increase the odds of a mistake in the play offs. That is why it is so important to get them into games like these. So they won't make those mistakes we are afraid of; or at least decrease the odds of one.

Happened to look at the Spurs - Celtics box score this morning. The Spurs lost by one but none of their players exceeded 37 minutes. As a matter of fact; Timmay only played 34 minutes. Even on the Boston side you can see PP and KG play 40 minutes but the rest of the team doesn't get to 30.

Whose bench do you think will be more prepared come play off time??????

Your Mom just doesn't know us like you do. On the other hand, she's probably chatting with Lee on her gardening forum and you don't even know it.

Celtics were getting blown out of the building in the first Q, too, and still won. Mighty tough team in Beantown.

That the Pistons are one last second foul call away from being down 0-3 to.

Every team is different. Spurs do not have any rookies to worry about in the rotation so their bench is much more experienced that ours and they do not have to devote the same amt of time developing anyone like we do.

But they just lost to both of the top East teams so it was not a great week for the Spurs.

Looks like the Spurs could use an Amir Johnson or a JMax to spice things up a bit. Our role models are looking lethargic.
