It shouldn't be too difficult to construct a matrix with team needs (by position) and player value intersecting to show maybe a less popular mock, but certainly one that is a conversation starter.

Joe will not draft 3 PGs. When Lindsey retires we will actually become a more organized offensive team. lmao

I have a feeling we will get a mega athletic SF. If you look at how the draft seems to be shaking out, Minny is reported to be favoring Hawes, Atlanta; Crittenton at 11, LA Clippers possibly Law...you end up pushing the other guys down. Stuckey over Thornton? I dunno. They want a guy that can create his own shot. so it could be feasible to get a scoring wing.

If you want to know who we plan on drafting listen to McCoskey when he is on WDFN. He called the Jason Maxiell pick, and nobody was expecting that one.

McCosky and Bob Wojnowski (Wojo).

They both have the inside track on the local team's picks. Wojnowski does this thing where they play this music and he keeps saying OHM, OHM and they call him Wojodamus. He picked the Ernie Sims pick for the Lions, and the Calvin Johnson pick this year I believe.

Re: IDEAS for 2007 DRAFT PICK...

IMO we need to come away with our next PG. We will probably never draft this high until the wheels come off. SF's are plentiful and easy to come by. but the talent difference may be too high to pass up an al type player.

2007 NBA DRAFT | MOCK DRAFT ver 7.0 | HOOPSWORLD.com | NBA News and Information | powered by Basketball News Services

InsideHoops.com - NBA Mock Draft

I was watching a few Greg Oden interviews, I came across one where he expresses that he thinks staying in college will help him develope more so he is ready for NBA, i wonder what happend..maby his ego grew...

Ideas: (IF AL THORTON IS NOT AVAILABLE)-Tiago Spliter | Spencer Hawes

Re: IDEAS for 2007 DRAFT PICK...

I really hate all of this Tiago Splitter prediction stuff in some mock draft. The guy seems like a stiff.
