Rudy Gay AND Stromile Swift were traded for Shane Battier. Shane is a good player and leader, but you don't trade 2 guys for him. Good move by Memphis unless Gay doesn't work hard for the Grizz.

If it doesn't you expect Jerry West to take some heat.
