I wonder how that conversation went, from Bonzi's side:

"I am a malcontent"?

"I am a team-disrupting cancer"?

"Stop me before I go all T.O. on y'all"?

Re: Bonzi to be released?

Bonzi is a loser to the umpteenth degree. He's like Tim Thomas last year in Phoenix(and Chicago). HE pouts on the bench all season and when its contract time, steps it up on a national stage, like playoff time. Wells could have stayed in Sacmo and been well recieved. Just to much baggage here.

Re: Bonzi to be released?

If Joe were interested in Bonzi, he'd probably already be here.

If Joe did have interest, however, he could bring Bonzi in for the remaining few games to see how he fits. We're gonna be in "coast" mode for the last few games anyway.

Ultimately, I don't think Joe's in a position to mess with the team's rhythm and chemistry at this stage of the season. Any minutes Bonzi would get would take away from Delfino - and I don't think you want to mess with Carlos' confidence at this point.

Re: Bonzi to be released?

Delfino has confindence, lol? I think alot of you may think i'm not really up on delfino which is not true. I like his athleticism and his decision to play hard D every night. However, I just dont know if I can trust this guy wholeheartedly in the playoffs after he made huge fundemental mistakes in regular season games. I would definitely like to keep Delf, I just feel he needs a little more PT to be more reliable in games that have more importance. In these last 5 games it would be nice for him to start a couple so he can feel how its like to ultimately responsible for his team winning or losing.

Re: Bonzi to be released?

No, No, and No.

Oh and then No, because of no...and when you think of no, you are only left with one choice...No.

But, if no and no aren't enough to convince you, then maybe you would considering looking at it from the vantage point of No. But, then again, no has always been a pretty good gauge of whether or not you should say no.

Me personally, I'd say no. But, IMO that's really the only way one could rationally come to a conclusion on No when considering the whole matter of No and No. I've heard a number of arguments in the way of No, but usually that tends to make me a stronger believer in No. But, I would prefer that No, No, and probably No were contemplated before coming to the point of choosing No.

I don't know...I was just thinking No. No idea...

Re: Bonzi to be released?

I think Low just hit us with what David Spade referred to in one commercial as a "NO-storm."

Re: Bonzi to be released?

I'm not sure why, but I'm beginning to think we might not want Bonzi.

Don't know what happened, I just kept seeing the word NO in gold letters flashing in front of my eyes.

Re: Bonzi to be released?

Its an opportunity that was missed last summer and at the trading deadline and may have been a blessing on the wall.

When players like Bonzi and Sprewell already have questional baggage and then over state their value by demanding to much cash munny that is the sign to stayaway from them and let them upset some other teams chemistry. On the other hand when you are struggling below .500 every season, then you open up the pocket book with open arms!!!

With at being said, it would have been nice to have had Eddie Jones coming off the bench for us instead of the Heat during this playoff run.
