If you're trying to rig a game, you don't keep making bad calls for the Pistons, only to reverse them 30 seconds later. You would just make the call in favor of the Magic in the first place.

I thought those officials were of the bumbling variety last night.

I agree with your contention that it is easy to change the momentum of a game by making a few well placed calls. I just thought last night's game was ultimately called pretty accurately. I mean they had 24 personal fouls and we only had 21. We were getting a lot of offensive rebounds by being very physical. Dwight Howard only went to the line 3 times and was 2-9 from the field.

If they were trying to bring us down, it would have been really easy to just put Sheed and Dyess in early foul trouble by calling fouls as Dwight was wrestling with them for position in the paint.
