The defense is pathetic. We are making a horrible Portland team look like all-stars. They cannot continue to defend like they did in Phoenix and the way they are tonight. PHX was the first real test we had and Portland should be a 20 pt blowout. I hope they get their heads out of their backsides.

Thought they would be sluggish, but 6-0 is 6-0. Defense played great in second half but lack of blocks is still concerning me.

Trail-gazers

I can't even believe they didn't foul at the end there. I'm sure Nate just loved seeing that. I love seeing Ruben Patterson upset. He's such a little beeotch. An ugly win for the Pistons. Not much burn for Arroyo tonight. Juan Dixon for Arroyo? Anyone? Anyone?

Game

These games are tough. Third game in 4 nights on a West Coast swing is a recipe for disaster for any team against any opponent. Especially given POR's jeckyl and hyde home/away record so far.

Great gutty win tonight. Got it done when it counted.

I'll take it

A win is a win. I guess it wasn't bad for a back to back on the road.

The Pistons need to put these games away earlier to get their deeper bench guys some minutes.

Delfino has been getting some important minutes the past few games. Although not big minutes, he hasn't looked out of place at all and his D has been decent as well. He is challenging the shot much more and is really hustling to get to loose balls and to stay in front of his man.

Did DMC even make this road trip? We really have to find a way to get him some minutes. This is season #3 for the #2 pick. Time to put up or shut up, but he needs minutes to do either.

Davis looked less out of place than EC always did in his short minutes. I think he'll prove to be a huge pickup come Playoff time. Especially against teams like the Heat, Pacers and Spurs. He's an upgrade over EC in every way, perhaps maybe with the exception of Shaq banging, IMO. (He's about an inch and a half shorter and 30 pounds lighter than EC)

6-0 Baby!
