| Re: Top 10 Europeans per FIBA The problem is that I do not think NBA clubs have put a lot of emphasis on European scouting. Toronto has made a lot of smart moves in the last year in this regard. It is hard to say they do not have the best European scouting staff in the NBA. I believe they have two more European draft picks playing at home to develop. I posted an interview from ESPN with Jerry Colangelo, the father of Raptors (and former Suns) GM Bryan Colangelo. He talks about the NBA moving away from the star model and more towards a team oriented one.
