he demanded guaranteed minutes but holland can't give promises like this.

actually, a former canucks GM agreed to give him certain minutes, but now he is gone...

I know he did, but if the kid plays garbage would he still be in lineup? I am speaking figuratively, you can't really promise the world to someone who is not proven yet.
