Looks like Roscoe and Woody are going down to the wire. Roscoe leads 5-4 and Woody has one defenseman, Craig Rivet, still playing. Roscoe's team is done for the week.

The teams are tied in both assists and power play assists. Woody needs a Rivet assist to make things interesting.

Good luck to both teams. Looks like Woody needs that assist to be on the power play because he loses the tiebreaker.

Go figure Craig "freakin'" Rivet holds my fate in his grubby little hands.

Or a short-handed assist would do the trick....

First period in the books.

I remember sweating it out in the finals against Woody last year. Pretty exciting.

I think next year I'll put a limit on roster moves. I'm also thinking of using lots more cats (even dumb ones) since hockey doesn't have much scoring. Yeah, I'm out so I'm thinking about next year...

You're not out yet. Mikhail just sent me a PM and said he was going to kick your butt this upcoming week.

Yeah, lets add:
- penalty minutes.
- shootouts records
- shootout scoring percentages
- shootout goals
- shootout save percentages
- game tying goals
- game winning goals
- penalty shots
- time on ice
- number of fights

I'll have to think to find some more...

Well...notquite all of those, but you are on the right track.

On the serious note: are there any other meaningful stats other than what we've had out there to use?
Also, having an extra year of experience (actually the only year) hopefully I can fit into 100 transactions next season.
