14 moves? I think I had at least that many injuries during the year. I think something along the lines of 30-40 would be fine. Just my one cent's worth.

I'm just playing. I just said 14 because that's how many moves I've made this season.

I'd be happy with 30-50 transactions. I understand that injuries come up (I've had a fair amount this season as well, but I've liked my guys too much to drop them) and a bad draft can REALLY have you playing catch-up (especially if you couldn't make the draft personally and had to go "auto").

That's just my 1/3 cent's worth.

Hey, I had my own draft, which was OK. But I had guys injured, guys that performed way below their abilities, and, of course, a few bad picks. Then the experimenting began...

Bezeach is going down. We have no use for California summertime playboys in this man's league.

So I pick up Vesa Toskala to cover for an injured Pascal Whats-his-name and Toskala gives up the longest goal of the season last night.

175 feet, it was a bouncing puck all of the way down the ice, which ended up beating him glove side on a weird skip.

Btw, Leafs won 3-1, if Toskala had stopped that one, they would have had a shutout!

Whatever...the REAL action and excitement is in the consolation bracket.

Yeah, I saw that goal. That sucked.... for you.

Oddly enough, Pascal Whats-his-name Leclaire's backup had a shutout last night.

Re: Official 2007/2008 PF.com Fantasy Hockey Talk Thread

Man, I'm getting smoked in our match-up Bill! Things are looking pretty bleak for the Jammer Pants.

Between my guys getting the night off, playing my Habs (I just can't cheer for my goalie to do well when they're playing my team!) and being injured for the year, I still don't have a single goalie game played this week!

I'm getting smoked in games played to top it off! I think you have like 17 more games played than I do this week. How the heck am I supposed to over come 17 freaking games difference?!?!?

You've had your share of bad luck too though, losing Sundin and earlier Brind'Amour to injury really sucks for you. I'd probably be getting blanked right now if those guys were in for you.

It's looking like another fantasy playoff choke job for the J-train. First it was my ZERO TDs in the finals of Football and now this debacle. I blame the commissioner!
