I only caught part of the interview...Probert was on WRIF this morning hawking the book. He & Kocur are a pretty colorful pair and I'm sure there are some great stories. But you're right...$40 is too much.

FYI...Drew Lane is no longer on the RIF morning show. He wanted to move to afternoons, but the station didn't want to displace geezer Arthur P. I miss Drew...he knew his sports inside-out.

Penhollow IS STILL THERE?????? I used to listen to him when ABX was still underground rock.

I had forgot about him until I saw him in the Costner movie "Upside of Anger" back in 2005. The movie was filmed in Ann Arbor and Costner was a retired baseball DJ and Art worked at the radio station. His voice was so distinctive I had to wait for the credits to make sure it was him.

I think it will be more entertaining than that...maybe the mindset before entering games with opposing enforcers and then the aftermath.

Probert was pretty funny in the part of the interview I heard. Sounds like he's kinda got his poop together now. He's gonna be in an upcoming Mike Myers movie called The Love Guru.
