Holy cr@p, lets have some sanity around here. I like Pope but not for that - friggen ridicules. I don't think anyone else would pay that either....
I actually would have taken a chance on keeping him myself thinking he cant possibly miss another season.
at least we got a 2019 2nd round pick out of it.
No max contracts would prevent a GS situation where they can have 4 all stars in the lineup with 3 superstars. But no max contracts would hurt...
I am guessing this is something the players wanted.
Final missing piece is in place.
And likewise Morris chose security over the possible big payoff when he signed that deal in Phoenix. He knew this tv deal was coming - I think.
I would go with KCP over AA. AA may have more of an immediate impact but KCP has a greater upside. I expect KCP to be better than AA when he is 30.
Also I believe teams salaries have to be at least 90% of the current cap. So when it spiked by 34% this year some had to spend to reach that.
Tank a whole year and alienate their fan base just so they can draft someone kind of like Milsap with the 7th pick.
That is funny.Usually when you have to describe someone using 36 min stats they tend to kind of suck.
But if he would have acted like a pouty SOB he may have been awarded with 3 #1 picks too.
Or they could be stepping all over one another. Curry's numbers are going to go way down - will he be ok with that? And what about their bench...
I know - who is going to be the goat this year.
yes but of course this will be the one year where he actually is able to play.
Welcome to the team guy who I know nothing about. Hope he's good. Seems more of a project but that's ok.
I don't get it. All you have to do it watch the guy play for a game and you can see his short comings. All the sports writers were hyping them up...
We knew this from when he was here. Bucks did not scout him very well.
Pretty much sums up my life.
Separate names with a comma.
