A Detroit Lions assistant coach was arrested twice in the last two weeks, once for allegedly driving drunk and once for indecent and obscene conduct, the Free Press has learned.

In the latter incident, a Dearborn police ticket describes the coach as “driving on public street without any clothes on. (NUDE).”

As if this organization wasn't enough of a joke. :frusty:

I thought that was a joke at first. I've never heard of anybody driving naked, that's just strange. But then I remembered anything can happen in the lions organization, and that if it happened to any team, it would be the lions!!!

Police in the Detroit suburb of Dearborn said Joe Cullen, who coaches the team's defensive line, was pulled over Aug. 24 and ticketed on suspicion of indecent and obscene conduct.

GREAT...first we had Wayne-cocaine Fontes and now we got a boozer driving around with his pants around his ankles. If the Lions don't can this clown immediately I'll never follow them again...wait a minute.......I hear an ECHO, echo, echo..."it's deja vu all over again".

The Ford's should've turned the team over to a new CEO instead of the car company. At least with cars they had half a clue.

This dude should have been terminated immediately. Because he is Marinelli's boy he probably will be able to keep his job.

Since Marinelli has arrived the team has been sanctioned for having inappropiate workouts, then there was the traveling on the same day as a preseason game chaos and now this mess with his assistant coach.

I find it funny that Millen said Cullen asked for 'treatment'. To the best of my knowledge, alcoholism (the guy got fired by UMiss for the same stuff in 05) & sexual perversions are not something that can get corrected over the time frame of this season...much less, by next Sunday. Can the players POSSIBLY take this coach seriously this season OR ever?

As always, the Lions are inept at making rational decisions under Ford ownership. Cullen should have been gone this morning. Millen should have been gone a long time ago.

The guy was going through the Wendy's drive thru naked. Now, I can understand this. Those Wendy's burgers can be kind of messy. Probably didn't want to get any ketchup on his clothes. Now, if it's the McDonald's drive thru and he did this, I say arrest him. Mickey D burgers are nasty and the stuff is all smashed together so there's a smaller chance of getting it on your clothes. It's more of a "dry" burger. Wendy's is a "wet" burger. I hope Cullen explained this to the police. "Officer, Wendy's serves a fresh burger and sometimes the ketchup and mustard drips out. I was simply taking a precaution here. Go Lions!"

A friend of my wife's got arrested for it.

This is the story:

New Year's Eve.

Her and some guy wanted to make snow angels, but didn't want to get their clothes wet. So, the natural solution was to do it nude (must've been pretty loaded).

Then got in the car to warm up, and started driving.

Then she realized she needed to get gas.

And pumped her gas naked!
