He was released on bond.

“We’re obviously aware of the situation,” said Tom Lewand, Lions chief operating officer. “We have no further comment.”

Culpepper missed a portion of the Dolphins' practice Thursday because of the shoulder problem, which coach Nick Saban said is a cumulative effect of being sacked 21 times through the season's first four games.

If Culpepper cannot play, Joey Harrington will start for Miami against the Patriots.

I hope Harrington gets the starts for the rest of the season. Then our 6th round conditional pick becomes a 5th rounder.

I wonder which WR Millen will draft?

With the first overall pick when they finish 1-15?

I'll guess he will try to find the fattest, laziest, drug addicted, zero work ethic stud he can.

1-15? Who's worse? Or are you just counting on the Lions ability to win the one that doesn't matter at all, but lowers their draft pick a bit?

I read that Jason Hanson missed a 45 yard field goal attempt this season. If the Lions are serious, they need to take a new kicker in the draft to stay competitive.

I agree that we need to start looking for a replacement for Hanson.

Speaking of our kicker and draft position. If he had missed that last second kick against NO last year WE would have had the #1 pick in the draft and our choice of Reggie Bush or Mario Williams. :frusty:

Although on second thought, Millen would have probably drafted Santonio Holmes, so maybe its a good thing we didn't have the first pick.
