Ties Broken for NBA Draft 2006 Order of Selection (http://www.nba.com/news/lotteryties_060421.html)
NEW YORK, April 21, 2006 – Seven ties among teams that finished the 2005-06 NBA regular season with identical records were broken today through random drawings to help determine the order of selection for NBA Draft 2006, which will be held on Wednesday, June 28 at The Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
The drawings were conducted live on NBA TV earlier today at the NBA League Office in New York City by Stu Jackson, NBA Senior Vice President, Basketball Operations.

WOW, Chicago really has a great opportunity here.
Poor Zeke. Hope he enjoys Curry. :P

Yeah, wonder what they will do with it. They got picks and a load of good young talent who need some help if they're ever going to get out of the first round. Hinrich and Nocioni are probably untouchable, but I'd think everyone else is up for grabs. With a center who can score they could even keep Chandler and play Nocioni at the three.
- Can Pax pry Garnett out of Minny? Will he even play any more with his back to the basket?
- If the Pacers lose in the first round, could JO head north a few miles? Now that would be a serious front line.
Or do they wait and hope that someone else becomes available next year?

I'd say Ben Gordon is untouchable, too.

I actually wouldn't be shocked to see Nocioni moved if they have the opportunity to get a big name. Deng just turned 21 and Nocioni is going on 27 in a couple months. Seems like they're gonna have a tough time keeping both. Especially considering how Nocioni's value has increased dramatically the last few weeks. It might be a "Sell High" situation to open up more minutes for Deng.
And yea, the Bulls are setup very good for this offseason. On top of the draft picks, don't forget that Chicago has a TON of cap-space in the offseason. Enough for 2 big name free agents. If they draft a guy like Aldridge and pick up another big man in free-agency along with a few other pieces they will be scary next year.

There is no clear cut #1 pick. I dunno how I feel about the selection.
I feel good knowing the Raps got a legit and bonafide GM in Colangelo who will probably do something intelligent with it.
Not really a Raps fan, I just want to see a team up here do well, because if I lose my Raptors NBATV, I am moving to Detroit.

But you're emotionally envolved. [Zeke, Malone, Babcock, Carter] Should Ronto put together a good team you'd be all up in it.
