University of Michigan police have arrested a 23-year-old man they say stalked and sent threatening e-mails to football coach Lloyd Carr.The Ann Arbor man was arrested Tuesday, the day on which Carr and other coaching staff members received threatening, harassing and obscene e-mail messages, campus police said.
