In international play, Chancellor had a 38-0 record with the women's national team, leading the United States to gold medals in the 14th FIBA World Championships in 2002 and the 2004 Olympics in Athens. He was named USA Basketball Coach of the Year after both wins.
"I may be a country boy, but I got a gold medal, and I've got four (championship) rings," Chancellor said. "That's how I see it."
