My apology to Mr. Durant. My bad. It turns out that he does like contact. LOL
As the 18-year-old Durant got off the Sonics' team bus, a throng of about 20-to-25 autograph seekers apparently crowded around. A single security guard tried to keep the fans at bay, but when one wearing a Sonics T-shirt was kept away -- according to multiple witnesses -- he knocked the guard to the ground with a single punch.
The guard, who also injured his arm, was checked out by paramedics while authorities led the unidentified handcuffed fan away.
The shot a minute road show continues as the Sonics lose again.
Inside the gym at Salt Lake Community College, Durant -- though he struggled yet again with his shot, hitting just 7-of-21 from the field -- scored a game-high 29 points for Seattle as Utah beat the Sonics 102-88 at the Rocky Mountain Revue.
