Well, this experiment didn't last long. Williams follows Rogers. Talking about wasting draft picks...

Raiders dismiss ex-Lion Williams (http://www.detnews.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20071101/SPORTS0101/711010415/1126)

The Oakland Raiders have waived wide receiver Mike Williams, becoming the second team in six months to cut ties with the 10th pick of the 2005 draft.
Williams was acquired from the Lions in April along with quarterback Josh McCown for a fourth-round pick.

Wow, what a bust. At least it wasn't only the Lions that mis-judged his talent.

Please, please PLEASE Millen, do NOT draft another WR in ANY round no matter HOW talented he appears. There are just too many other holes to fill on this team.

He must not care.

He was too physically talented to be this bad now.

*Sigh* He truly was a mistake. In fact, he was more of a mistake than Rogers. In CRog's case, we needed a topflight WR and for a little, he fit the bill. BMW never amounted to anything.
