This made me laugh. Steinbrenner's sons are going to become the laughingstocks of baseball.
Hank Steinbrenner, a son of Yankees owner George Steinbrenner, told the New York Times, "Does he want to go into the Hall of Fame as a Yankee, or a Toledo Mud Hen?" The Mud Hens decided to find out, said Jason Griffin, a spokesman for the Detroit Tiger's top farm team.But the offer stipulates that Rodriguez will have to compete for a spot with Toledo third basemen Mike Hessman (http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/baseball/mlb/players/7214), the league's most valuable player last season.
