A tough time to be a Lions fan. Early December has us devoted Lion's football fans thinking about......holiday shopping. Nothing left in the tank except the usual stuff for this team. Such as blame game, dissention, and of course.....the hope for a new coach. I predicted a 4 win season and except for a pathetic Bears team, we'd be right there. Look for another loss this Sunday. Chargers, 37-10 looks about right.

No Merriman. Angry Lions from blowing the Dallas game.
Lions 28
Lightning 27.

I'm not able to watch this game, but checking out the early stats, it's not looking good.

Chargers rushing:
LT 9 rushes for 50 yards and a TD
Michael Turner, 2 for 10 yards
Chambers, 1 for 9

Lions rushing:
Jones, 2 for 3 yards
TJ, 1 for 1

The game was supposed to be shown here in LA, but they are showing Cowboys and Eagles instead. Thank goodness...I tuned into the lions radio broadcast and the Chargers scored 20 points in the 15 minutes I listened to it. Kitna thru 2 ints and the defense seems to be still thinking about Romo and his TE. Speaking of Cowboys their offense is struggling too on Fox, but assume they will win their game

I hope you didn't bet following your hunch. :)

It probably wasn't a good day when your top 2 tacklers are safeties. FOUR of the top 5 tacklers for the Lions today were DBs. Pathetic.

Yea, when your quarterback makes several tackles, that's not a good sign either....

Good point. Usually it's our punter or kicker.

Professional teams that lose to inferior talent are just not mentally strong. We did just that when we lost the last 6 games.

Hey, no Lions in the Pro Bowl game. Another indication that this team continues to suck.

Have we no respect for the dead? I make a motion that we forever remove the name lions from our vocabulary and from our thread posts. So let it be written. So let it be done.

It's practically obscene language as it is.
