BOSTON -- Patriots (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/clubhouse?team=nwe) Coach Bill Belichick has denied suggestions by a former employee that his club taped St. Louis (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/clubhouse?team=stl)'s walk-through before the 2002 Super Bowl.

I like the fact Sen. Specter isn't giving Goodell absolute power about this. Specter has money in Comcast and needs to know were his money is.

Well, they may not have taped the Rams' walk through, but apparently they made plenty of other tapes. A former Pats employee has just turned over 8 tapes of the Pats video taping the signals of 5 teams during 6 games from 2000 - 2002.

Nobody's in trouble here. All these tapes are old news. The smoking gun that the NFL wanted was the taping of practice before the Super Bowl game against the Rams. This weiner doesn't have that..
