D.J. White - Indiana Hoosiers - NCAA Basketball - Yahoo! Sports (http://sports.yahoo.com/ncaab/players/38005)

Strengths: White has decent size and very long arms and had a very productive senior season. He is extremely tough and physical and plays very efficient basketball. He uses his strong frame to establish position well inside, and he does a great job finishing his moves around the basket thanks to his solid footwork, soft touch and the excellent extension he gets. His go-to move is his turnaround jumper from the 5-foot to 8-foot range, which he impressively can use turning off either shoulder. He is an excellent rebounder and also can step out and knock down jumpers from 15 feet. He is a very young senior at just 21.
Weaknesses: Throughout his college career White struggled with injuries, which have robbed him of a good deal of athleticism. His lateral quickness is average, which makes him struggle to keep up on the perimeter defensively. His size also isn't ideal. He relied very heavily on his strength at the college level, and there are question marks about how much upside he has left to continue to improve. Although he's effective at what he does, his skill level isn't off the charts.
Outlook: White projects as solely an NBA role player and could get looks in the late first round from a playoff team needing to add toughness at the power forward spot.

I feel as if we will never have a decent true center again.

apparently we've just traded his rights to seattle for two of their second round picks.

yay? I don't even know what to think. Oh well!
