These refs are so bad. How do you call that in the overtime? Especially after swallowing the whistle for the most part of the period. Bettman sucks.

Wings will keep shooting and it will have to go in at some point. Fleury is not going to stop every shot, there're just too many.

    Shots 47 to 20. 9 to 1 in OT. Only need 1.

Are you counting the shots? Because NHL.com and yahoo sports have it 13-2 in OT.

    :hoops:

You are right. Absolutely horrendous call to make in overtime. It was so bad that the play-by-play guys assumed that a Penguin had been called for pulling down Franzen in front of the goal. Luckily we killed it off. As you say, we are outplaying them (and have been for two straight periods), and I feel good about the game.

I think these refs are losing it. The guy that calls it is standing beyond the red line. Devorski is a known idiot.

That's not because of the rule, it's because the ref is a dumbass that shouldn't be officiating the finals.

Pittsburgh looks fresher to me at this point and I don't really like it.

It was the end of the period. The Wings were spent when they got that power play.
