Fun game. Every period had a completely different tone.

AVs much more agressive than the Preds. Wings could not keep them out of theii zone for much of third. The defense saved Ossie and his point blank save with 8.6 seconds left was series saver...as I think the Avs momentum would have gotten them the steal in OT.

Queensville ( or whatever Avs coach name is) has a serious problem after this game: stick with budaj or put theodore back.

Ozzie made exactly that save what was expected from hasek at first round( and what hasek failed to make).

It's Ozzie's turn to be the hero. This is his series. He remembers these guys from many years ago.

I still like Datsyk and Zetterberg better, though.

    Fickle.

You know, it's ok to agree with a Cannuckian on hockey now and then. Just don't agree with two of them on the same day. That would be scary. Not that it could ever happen...

Avs might try to turn it into a goon fest.
Question: Will Oz attack Avs net man in a free for all?

These Avs aren't that kind of team.

Haha, not nowadays. It's a kindler, gentler NHL.

Ok...OK...OK...I'll predict that Franzen gets 20 playoff goals this season.:winner_first_h4h:  :makmiday: :p_welldone: :party2: :sweeping: :sweep: :dancingparty: :shootingsoldier: :thumb: :good: :greenapple: :hail:

Until about the 5:00 left mark, the 3rd period may have been the best hockey I have seen in years. The refs let them play, it was hard hitting, super fast and highly skilled.

    Great stuff.

Are you including the Red Wings' back-to-back "too many men on the ice" penalties?
