Kinda scary...Michigan gets over 500 yards of offense, but actually gives up MORE. :yukpuke: :yukpuke: :yukpuke:

Didn't watch the game since I had the Ohio game on my ESPN but Robinsons stats looks pretty impressive.

Nice win by U of M.

I'll bet your win felt a LOT better than our win.

Kinda worried about the QB. He's involved in too many of the plays.
Without him...we're doomed. I was hoping he'd only need about 10 carries today. Let the other RBs carry the load. I do like the WRs though...
You'll get a feel for how good MSU is next week when you play ND...

I'm excited... but not really for this season. The defense just isn't good enought to be a contender, even in the big ten.

But it looks like we have a QB that could become the best in the country within 2 years if he avoids injury. If he has a splashy year and RR can use it to recruit some dominant defenders, then maybe 2012 is the year!

From an article... forgot the link.

Tate was off by 3, I was off by 6 and was closer on the ND score.
Robinson has yet to show me he can go deep, maybe he doesn't have excellent WRs.
    Clearly the safeties suck.

Agree that they need some more big plays out of the backfield other than D-Rob...dude will be beat up before the big 10 league games begin and if not he will surely be pummeled by the second big 10 league game...

The remarkable thing about him being in 70% of the plays is that he has not committed a single TO yet.

Have to agree that the defense is suspect, but that long TD pass play by the Irish that put them ahead briefly in the 4th could have been due to fatigue by the guys in the secondary whom admittedly looked clueless on that and other plays, but if you check out the other scores, you may notice that the team that the Wolverines held to 10 points last week UConn.... put up 62 points today

Oh please. You guys are killing me with your moping. Revel in the fact that you have a sensational quarterback that is perfect for the offensive system that your coach has put in place, and that you started the season 2-0. You guys need to get behind your team and not keep one foot in the boat and one on land. If you fall hard later, so be it. You're all are just being negative so that if the team has a setback, you can say that you knew it wasn't going to last.

I'm tired of that dirty bird Darth Tater being the only one with the guts to trash-talk up in here. :)

I'm on the boat, CJ! Hand Robinson the Heisman today. If nothing else, he's the most fun player in college sports to watch.

I'm actually flattered by that. Besides, Rascoe could use some help around here, anyhow, with his WEAK smack. More like a tickle, but maybe that's what he intends. He's like that, you know.

But, alas, I will likely be stifled for a week as I board a plane tomorrow to head to Michigan to see the Eagles beat down the Lions next week even WITH all of their problems that need to be ironed out and with the Lions getting the benefit of every single whistle. (The Eagles will get more whistles at them than Jammer gets from Rascoe:sssh:).

He'll have to get in line. Last year at this time we were giving it to Forcier.

I agree. People forget that so quickly. Robinson has looked Superman fantastic for a couple of games, but he won't last long at this rate.

To their credit, U of M has done a very good job considering all the players that bailed on them this year. I do think they got ranked too high too soon...but then again look at all the other teams who are up there. (LMAO at BSU beating #10 Virginia Tech last week only to see Virginia Tech lose to a division II team this week). They are so pizzed here. Looks like kiddie table for them, again. I'm loving it. :pound:

Anyhow, most the Big Ten teams look mediocre at best (Sparty will be lucky to win 6 or 7) so you guys could end up doing pretty well. But only if your QB can miraculously stay alive. Nobody else is so perfectly suited to that system. Michael Vick?

A smart coach understands that the QB cannot run 25 times and throw 25 passes each game, all season long. That seems to be the concern as I see it. Coach ROD (sounds too familiar) will lose his QB if he keeps up this torrid pace, having the guy run practically all the plays. When QB gets hurt, we'll be up a creek without a [STRIKE]SPARTY OPPONENT[/STRIKE] paddle.

I think Rich Rod is a desperate man and will use Robinson until he is useless to him. I feel bad for Robinson. Without Robinson, Rich Rod is toast. I don't think he cares about his players, or anyone but himself. Just my opinion.
