2010 Fantasy Football season discussion and trash talk

I sure hope a couple of you guys tie for the cellar. It would be just horrorable to finish last like the Lions.
Laughing stock comes to mind.

It just figures the way my season has gone, that I'd drop the Lions' D the week the only give up 3 points and get a bunch of turnovers and sacks.

It looks like I won't be matching up with your team, Jammer. I was worried about that head-to-head clash. They were talking about moving the game to a neutral site like Ford Field.

I guess that's what I get when I have 2 of my receivers get 0 points for me (and my 3rd got me a whopping 2.60).

It's not over yet though, I'm only down 39.22 points.

If my kicker can get me about 39, hopefully Bradshaw can get me .23 and CJ's Manning and Manninghim will miss the team flight to Detroit.

Well, I knew I was dead so I didn't bother to check last night (although I watched the game as I always do), but this thread reminded me to look, and I just saw that I got crushed as expected.

Weird team. I had the 2 best quarterbacks but terrible running backs. Very bad and luck and poor decisions on my part. I had very good receivers.

Thee, I thought I was done setting my lineup but I guess we play for 5th place. Ironic. So I guess I will set it so I can beat you down after all the junk you talked.

Uhmmmyou guys HAVE read forum fantasy football rule 273.B haven't you (or at least have your spouses read it to you since we all know that you are illiterates).

The rule clearly states :

Anyone who is sucky enough to come in 10th through 12th place in a pf.com football league will forever be denied admittance to any future football league.

So that means you two are out. Oh yeah, Laimbeer is out too. (I've got a really bad feeling Laimbeer is going to research this...because I just know how he is... and find out that I was in one of those spots in a past league...but I'm hoping I wasn't).

So adios and don't let the door hit your big fat butts on the way out! Your losses will be missed by all, but it is nice having you out of the league.

Darth, what about in 2005 when your team, the Green Gryphons, finished 9th out of 10 teams?

Bill, we are going to need to throw you in the group with the illiterates (AKA Jammer and CJ). The Green Gryphons were in another league. The forum had just been born when that 2005 league began and we didn't have any fantasy leagues at that time. I've bolded it and underlined it for you so you don't miss it this time. If you want, I can highlight it too.Although you WILL be missing our football leagues in the future (Please see rule 273.B).
