Pittsburgh's 3rd string QB Dixon (soon-to-be 2nd string I'd wager) had some success against our reserves for several scores, though. I liked this game note from the recap: Not sure whether to laugh or be disturbed. Funny banter, and it's only a preseason game, but do officials have this same kind of attitude during games that count? I say get the call right.
As we all know, exhibition games don't mean all that much. They just don't. But they aren't TOTALLY meaningless either, as they do give you glimpses of individuals on the team and the team as a unit. I think detteam hosted it last year, but he is pretty much MIA. I'm in to defend my title if someone sets it up. You guys will probably see Tim Tebow on the 21st when you play Denver. Should be interesting.
