    Looking to start up a baseball league for this season.

    So far it is Tater and I.

    Scoring will either be standard or real close to standard scoring categories. Auction draft is possible, but only if we get enough people commit to be at the draft and Tater doesn't veto that idea.

    We gotta hustle on this, so make your intent known ASAP.

    I've never done auction but I'm willing to try it. Hopefully somebody can explain the basics and some strategies? :)

    Trying to figure out how it works. Would these be the stats we would use? Works the same way as basketball with each category for batters and pitchers carrying the same weight?

    I am tempted to try. I know how the game is played but I know very few active players.

    Ahh what the heck. I've never played fantasy baseball, but I will give it a shot. If you start to fill up, and there are people that have more experience than myself, I will sit out. But until then, count me in!

    You know its going to be tough your 1st year. This would be a good way to get back into baseball. I have not followed it much since the early 90's.

    Is it similar to how our Novice league is set up with the weekly settings? That would make it alot easier for me at least. You draft a player for each position, and a few subs or what?

    It will be weekly. You draft players for each position, and have about 3 subs for pitching and hitting.

    I'm in Scoe...I'll keep checking in to find the draft information, etc. I can pick it up, I'll do a few practice drafts ahead of time and such. Looking forward to it!
