    Thanks for providing that.

Looking around at all the top players most were top 10 picks but there are plenty of others who were not. The odds increase as you improve your position but there are no guarantees, thats why I do not like tanking.

We need an athlete to pair with Monroe.
Kanter makes Memo look like Blake Griffen.

I DON'T wanna draft ANYBODY that makes "Baby Fats" look like Blake Griffin.

To clarify: you CAN'T judge these guys by these stupid YouTube highlight reels which I hate to say is precisely how I formed my initial opinion. ...I watched a "stupid YouTube vid".

In the video that I watched, I didn't see any footwork or post moves that made me think that this dude could beat an average NBA big in the post. He's got a pretty good outside shot for a 6-10 guy but he has no hops what so ever. I didn't see a lot of quickness that would lead me to believe that he'd be the intimidating help-side shot blocker to compliment Greg Monroe. He looked VERY slow to me.

The draft.net link that you posted ranks him pretty high in athleticism so what the heck do I know. I'm just a casual internet fan who watched a YouTube video.

I'm surprised no one here has mentioned Jamar Ergas.

He is athletic, has good footwork, and a decent outside shot. The kid is young, so he hasn't realized all of his potential. Since the Pistons are in full rebuild mode, I suggest taking him with our second round pick, and stashing him away in Europe for a few years while he develops his game. I think if Joe times it right, he should be ready about the same time Stuckey has matured into an elite point guard.

You are right. It was utterly careless and hateful of me to imply that not only the fingerless Turd did have fingers, but that those fictional fingers were buttery. I apologize.

Looking at that video, it looks like he's more likely to flick the ball softly around the basket rather than dunking with authority. He can dunk, but his dunks remind me of cheap canned soup; technically they're there, but there is no flavor. I doubt he'd be able to push and shove his way around the basket as easily in the NBA. But, who knows? Maybe he'll turn into a top notch player. I would be happy with him as a Piston, but I agree that we need more of an above-the-rim-shot-blocker type guy.

    I agree with you.
Reading a bit about Enes, he's got pretty short arms (6'8" wingspand if I remember correctly). I'm thinking that that might be the reason he doesn't appear to be a guy that can defend the rim.

I watched the vids that Maverick posted above and I'm a little more impressed by the dude's footwork and ability to run the floor (I take back what I said). He's got good mobility for a 6'11" guy. He just doesn't have the arms of a 6'11" guy.

...one thing that I find amazing about these YouTube vids is the fact that Enes doesn't ever appear to miss any shots. If he can do this in the NBA, he'll be in the HOF some day! :brick:

Maybe Rodman thought he was dialing Rodney's number.

I haven't had Valunasgfeignaeginegajvs high on my wishlist earlier but the comparisions to Noahs motor sounds intriguing. It's time to start piling up motor guys.

that page also left out Darko in their list of dissapointing bigs - that makes their credibility questionable :)
