Fairley not a Suh ...? Alright now it's time to nit pick. Some one at the News says Fairley won't dominate like Suh did last year. That's what they said about Suh last year. And he took the league by siege. He says Suh is more chiseled than Nick. Forget that, Nick will blow up coming out of the gate. Will he get 10 sacks like Suh ? I would go 7-8 and that's still ProBowl quality. I know Suh blew some assignments to get those sacks, but who's really complaining ? And with Suh already earning double teams anyone with any dominant talent can take the left overs to a whole other level. Will he need a half season to find his way, maybe. But Nicks contributions will be a little harder to read compared to Leshoure. I bet our average run against average drops 10-15 yd a game. And pass yd against drops 10-15 yd a game. Those small numbers can take a 20th ranked D to 10th ranked easy. I think Nick is more a DE anyway. Let's see if Schwartz can figure that out.

9-7. They would do better but yeah, that is a tough road to travel. But...a part of me truly believes they will be a force and win the division.
Nemo is correct (wow, did I just say that?). The schedule is tough. A good season may only produce 8-8.
I included the opposing teams W-L record from 2010... I see us with a 5-3 home record. We look to be 1-7 on the road. Lions never seem to play well on the road. Overall record of 6-10, with a good season being an 8-8 record..... We are playing 8 games against teams with 10 or more wins..... We ONLY play 2 teams with worse records than ours last season... Based on those facts, and the belief that I don't think we're ready to compete with 10 win teams on a regular basis, I feel this could be a trying year for our young team....

Your game-by-game analysis shows a 6-10 record, but you said 10-6 could happen and you'd settle for 8-8? You trying to cover all the bases?
You have us with a 10-4 record, but then losing our last two games. Seems like a senario that would knock us out of the playoffs the last week...
I think Enigma would have had problems decrypting that analysis. It took me a few tries to realize the technique of randomly using red, black and green etc but now I see the geniality of it. I wouldn't have solved it without knowing it was supposed to sum up to 10-6 though.
I placed my W-L estimates along with last year's record to the side of each week's game. 6-10 record Another set of estimates were then placed below each week's game...10-6 record
Raider game could go either way 10-6 to 9-7. If we don't make the POs we keep the extra pick. Draft a CB and OL next year and we are on our way. * Mog, the last color in determines the font color. Happened naturally.
I had 8-8, but I changed it and gave them the Oakland win because I just can't see them not having a winning record. Detroit has a nice team.
The Vikings suck, but the Lions never seem to win in Minnesota. I also just had a bad feeling about that home game because 3-0 to start the season seemed a bit much for me. But you are right, the Lions SHOULD definitely be able to take that one. I think I want to switch it now, lol.
You guys maybe know I am an Eagles fan all the way. And I don't know a whole hell of a lot about the Lions, but I do know I like that guy Suh. Isn't he the guy who goes to lots of Piston's games and sits on the front row? I'm pretty sure that's him, and he's a-ok by me......
