What is almost is bad is his lack of remorse or even acceptance of what he did. In his post game interview he completely denied doing anything wrong saying that he was just trying to get up. What a joke.

At least man up and admit that you made a very stupid decision in the heat of the moment and apologize. Don't try to make up a lie to cover up the OBVIOUS.

Nah, I've changed it a few times before.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I think you should be able to put a guy's face in the ground a minimum of FIVE times before getting a penalty and you should be allowed to stomp him at LEAST twice before getting kicked out of the game.

I'm with Suh. It looked like an accident to me. A slip and fall? Maybe a case of mistaken identity?

There was the other play when Suh stripped off the guys helmet but Vanden Bosch got whistled trying to do the same thing. Sort of interesting Vanden Bosch also went to Nebraska.

It's pretty clear Suh needs to be reigned in by the league because Schwartz either can't or won't do it.

Side note: My son saw Suh at the bank during the Lions bye week...said he's even bigger in person than on TV. For the sake of the Lions, I hope he gets his poop together

Sounds like he needs to be even a BIGGER person on AND off the field.

Great player. Too bad he and the coach brought additional shame upon the program. They were finally starting to get some respect.

Still, I would take that 7-4 record AND that knucklehead Suh on MY team in a heartbeat. It will be very interesting what happens in the final 5 regular season games.

Too true. Schwartz going off on Harbaugh was ridiculous and not representative of good leadership. He and Suh seem like little kids

Not me..........if someone offered me a top 5 top 10 offensive tackle...I'd trade him in a heartbeat...
This guy may end up being a cancer before this season is over..............

Only if he is allowed to play by then...:sssh:

OK. Really, Fish Flake. IMHO he IS that talented. He is THAT stupid too. BUT...not THAT stupid that it outweighs his talent.

...but if he starts fighting dogs, I will get back to you.

I'd like to know how he buckled Kongs knees then almost pushed him back over.

looks like a slow learning curve for both coach and QB. They seem good enough to to beat < average teams but
good teams and coaches take their lunch.
    maybe next year.
P.S. oline seems OK it's the DBs breaking down now.

I'd rather have Suh than the wife beater on the Packers. At least Suh picks on 300 lb men who are wearing pads and helmets.

I think Stafford should send Suh a thank you card. The stomping incident has received so much press, not a word has been written about how terrible the offense and particularly Matt Stafford were on Thanksgiving.

Suh was wrong, and he lost his temper and now has to suffer the consequences. That being said, when he was in the game, the Lions held the best offense in the NFL to one touchdown.

Very frustrating. Even with Suh, we probably lose in New Orleans, so not the worst game to have him out for. I'm not too worried about Stafford. He looked like his hand was giving him trouble and that will heal shortly.

We looked really good when Smith was running btw. We actually looked like the same offense as with Best in. That injury hurts us.

Big picture- this is not our year. Next year could be.

Suh is appealing his suspension. I guess he has the right to this process, but it seems to me that he should just try to learn to manage his anger instead. Stuff like this can divide a lockerroom...I'm not sure everybody is supporting him at this time with his decision. He's just bringing more negative stares towards himself...and the team.

I think people have been too quick to misjudge him. Maybe once as a child he got beat up by a guy who was lying on his back. In fairness you probably should delete this post before he gets angry and kicks all off our a$$es.

For all that Rasheed Wallace cost the Pistons by acting a fool, he never caused THIS much damage. Still...Suh is a gamer. He's young and maybe he will learn. I still say i would want him on MY team.
