ANN ARBOR, Mich. – Denard Robinson is getting ready for Alabama on Sept. 1.

In the meantime, though, he has another target in mind.

    Usain Bolt.

"I've watched him run, and I'm pretty sure I can beat him in a 40-yard dash," Robinson said at Michigan's media day on Sunday. "I'd get a better start, and I could take him."

"At 60 yards, I'd be in trouble, and at 100 meters, he'd be gone, but I could get him in a 40."
Denard Robinson: I could beat Bolt in 40

I could be Phelps in the 5 yard swim if I got off to a great start.

It's gonna be more than 13. Saban won't hesitate to run up the score with his 2nd and 3rd stringers.

Unless UM stays on the ground all game, count on at least two pick-offs and one pick-6

After watching Bama's defense last year, I'm definitely worried about this one. It was just crushing.

Yea............many feel that UM is overrated. That's part of the burdeon of being Michigan.

Me...........I'm like Tay......I'm worried about playing that bunch.
    A Michigan victory wouldn't surprise me.............but
Losing by more than 20 wouldn't shock me either.

Blue looks ready. let's see if they can cary the weight of Michigan Football..................

I believe that Michigan has 5 missing on D due to graduation and injury. I'm a little worried about that too.

What the heck though. You gotta beat the best to be the best, so let's see where we stand.

I had forgotten that MSU lost to Alabama 49-7 just two years ago.
Your squad was fairly decent that season........

Suspending two players the night before the game is like saying OK we are going lose, so lets use the excuse that two of our key players were out...:bs:

It's pretty likely that they wanted to limit Alabama's chance to specifically plan for it, so they announced it very late.

I like Brady Hoke. Even though he coaches THAT team.

Yikes, take the starters out before they get hurt by these beasts.

In my expert opinion, we would have barely pulled this one off if we had Toussaint. But I'm not going to make excuses...

The game plan was flawed from the beginning. To much throwing and not enough running......I know T 'saint was out, but there had to have been someone who could have run up the middle or over left tackle instead of all of those passes to the right and left, or 25 yards out the flay beyond a receiver. Oh well lets hope they recover and run the table for the rest of the non-conference schedule...

41-14. Either Michigan at #8 was greatly overrated or Alabama at #2 was greatly underrated...do the math and therein lies the answer.

Butt Ugly. You just gotta put it "behind" you. I would imagine you can defeat the airplanes and that hard to spell state.

Serious question. Normally Michigan schedules 8 home and 4 away. Why is it an even 6 and 6 this year?
