How did I get involved in this? I am an MSU alum, by the way.

    The better question would be:

Why would Drath NOT drag me into this...

Nice choice of using the word "drag", huh?

How can the Spartans lose at home to a team that couldn't beat CMU at home? I guess the weather played a factor.

So a month ago........Central Michigan University shows up at Hawkeye's stadium and beats Iowa.
Now.......................these same Hawkeyes go on the road and beat the Michigan State Spartans.
Iowa is 2-0 in the Big Ten, while MSU is 1-2. That puts the Spartans 3 games back of Iowa.
I guess being a spoiler with less than half the season done will be OK............

Yeah. My team sucks. The offense and play calling are a joke. Playing for pizza bowl. Wolverines will destroy the Spartans. I'm a bit down but not too much because I saw it coming.

Well...now I have to hope my fantasy team and the eagles do well.

@ nemo. Yep.but it isn't acceptable. Also to win two games to go to Toilst Bowl game. I hope the media adds to their humiliation. They've earned it .

It would be cool to have UM vs MSU in a bowl game.........

It's bizarre. MSU takes care of business in Mt. Pleasant week 2. CMU beats Iowa in Iowa City in week 3. Iowa beats MSU in East Lansing today.

Roushar should either be fired or demoted back to O-line coach. He is clearly in over his head as OC

I think the Spartans will hold off Michigan and play well for one quarter. But I think Michigan wants it more so they can be number one In the state if they are not already. The Spartans cannot score. Whether it's the playcalling, the quarterback, the receivers, or all of the aforementioned. They barely beat sorry Indiana and lost to Iowa at home. Michigans fans will be going wild as Michigan gets their first victory against MSU in FIVE years and spanks their big brother hard

    Michigan 28

    Michigan State 6

I Hope Kirk Cousins is not watching. He owned Michigan. MSU won't even hold them off for a year since his proud departure. This year Denard will not crumble under the pressure. The Spartans won't even make him sweat. He plays well against a lousy teams and poorly against the good teams. Michigan State is a lousy team.

Pizza Bowl is the new goal.

Low scoring game so far. I keep looking for Bo and Woody on the sidelines. Wolverines are up 9-7 early in the 4th.

Michigan State is 4-4. The mighty Spartans have four more games to pla.

    @ Minnesota and Wisconsin

    Nebraska and Northwestern

I will give them the benefit of the doubt And say that they went to of them.

    That makes them 6-6

They will be sweating While they wait to see if Somebody is going to let them play In their bowl. The Spartans are a larger university and travel well. I think somebody will take them. Happy happy joy joy!

I think they will go to the pizza bowl or something equivalent to that. Someplace where it is cold. LOL.

I don't know if they will win or not. They will be playing some little University That had a good year or a larger university that had a year like the Spartans. But I'm not afraid to predict. I don't know why anybody would be. You guess wrong and people you a hard time all in fun. I assure you I don't mean anyone in particular.

If you are right you reach Wiggles status. That is quite an incentive.

I'm going to guess that they win the bowl game. Eventually they will score against some team in worse shape than they them.

They finish the season on a positive note ha ha. That should attract plenty of good recruits. Not!

Is it possible for anything to be less exciting and more meaningless than my predictions? Yep. Michigan State football. The Big Ten is weaker this year than any in recent memory. Michigan State is near the bottom. I don't think they could even outscore Appalaician State right now.

    Wisconsin 7

    Michigan State 5

...but sad to say... who cares? Ive got my jersey on ad I would prefer a victory...why not...but this season Is shot.

But thanks for bearing Boise State guys! I would have chosen that over winning the remainder of their games after losing that. :)

State is 5-5 now and have Northwestern and Minnesota left on their schedule.
Minnesota is at 5-4, while Northwestern is at 7-2......
After another crushing defeat, one has to wonder if a bowl game will be salvaged.
A win today woulda helped their big brother cross state rival by placing UM in
sole posession of 1st place. i guess the green and white didn't want that.
