Just think though, every guy we have signed can shoot the basketball from range. They are not elite shooters, but they are far better than anything else we have on the roster.

Still some are not satisfied: with elite coach they expected elite players. But for Pistons-like teams it is step by step business: you have to show first some results not stories from 10 years ago...

Its not just about having all the elite guys. It's about putting a team on the floor.

These are steps towards a real team being on the floor. Guys who can shoot, pass, run the pick and roll, rebound and defend

The worse thing about Cavs signing Lebron is listening to that IDIOT Fred Mcleod treat every play and game like he is watching his wife have triplets!!!

    Great observation.
Give yourself some time and work the margins. Especially if those margins can help with putting more points on the board.
The bench is being overhauled and some competition set up. Caron is a leadership presence on a team that has none.
Don't worry about Smith, he either accepts what SVG wants, or he is moved along. Stan is now more that a coach and with the league getting into bigger money, just showing up for a paycheck will get tougher.
As someone mentioned, the defining moment will be the administrations Plan B concerning Falk's Monroe Doctrine. Monroe might want to think in a broader perspective, then his agent's singular reputation.

Is Fred McLeod one of the Cavs commentators that sounds like he's taken a few shots to the head and laughs hysterically at his own jokes?

    Worst. Commentator. Ever.

I remember him insulting all of Sweden once when trying to talk down JJ by saying their national bird was tweety bird.

I actually liked Fred when he was the Pistons TV announcer during the championship season. He just kind of went downhill when he became LeBron's personal announcer in the following seasons.

I'll take Andray Blatche over Monroe. Cheaper. Better range. Better defender.

I don't think he'd be a good match with Smith and Jennings.

I know but, you shouldn't want to max Monroe, pay Ssmith 14 mill, and then in have to max out Drummond in a few years. You'll need that money to get a high quality PG because Drummond doesn't work without a quality PG. Oh we can win some games with less than quality (see last season), but i think we have all seen what "win some games" attendance looks like. Besides, Mmonroe seems to be a bit upset ever since Drummond took some of his franchise shine and (rightfully) wants his due. So yeah, evil eye me alllllllll ya want.
