As an organization, you don't really want your coach's personal life to make the news. It sort of undermine's his ability to demand code of conduct from players. At least he wasn't naked in a Wendy's drive thru... that would be humiliating.

He clearly doesn't have an agenda against getting laid.

Coach is clueless when it comes to covering his tracks.

No doubt. Police reports heard a voice from an adjacent room yelling, "Glass don't lie."

Let's not all jump on the guilty bandwagon at once. No charges were filed, could be 100 different ways it actually happened.

I don't think he is guilty or not guilty. He just put himself into a dumb situation for someone in the public spotlight.

He might be guilty of unlawful restraint, but since she wasn't a minor and he didn't use any weapons, it is usually only punishable by up to 1 year in jail and 2 years probation. Assuming a speedy trial, he'd be back on the team by the playoffs next year.

Fortunately, she isn't pursuing the matter and we have his services immediately.

I totally would have gone with this reasoning when the police questioned me.

A cross dresser only offends if they have poor style choices. A wife beater is a menace to society.

Looks like Brandon Jennings is back to his instigating ways. Apparently he's got a beef with the Smith boys, JR and Chris, over some tweets.
Brandon deleted the tweet shortly thereafter—hence the embedded Holly MacKenzie retweet—but it made the rounds nonetheless. Jennings had a point: Pooh Jeter and Bobby Brown have both had decent stints in the NBA during the past few years and will both be playing in China during the upcoming Chinese Basketball Association season after failing to secure NBA contracts this past summer. Naturally, Brown and Jeter were appreciative of the kind words from their bro:

    Jr Smith, not so much:
Jennings, meanwhile, doubled down on his support for his homies:
But JR felt those words were a little less than real. (Ernie's note: He's accusing him of sub tweeting!!!!)
