i heard Tate had only 3 drops in 124 targets
They said Ford Jr was going to be more involved with the Lions several years ago, but that never happened...at least as far as I could tell.
exactly...that's my concern moving forward.
You think an 89-year old woman is going to be making football decisions?
My mother-in-law is 94...and she coulda done better than Millen.
THE LYE-ONS have a very good shot at one of those turn it around seasons. The play 6 games in their own division , so I have them going 4-2 there. 5 home games vs Saints, Bucs, Bills, Dolphins and Giants- in which they should go 5-0 (9-2 so far) 5 road games vs Falcons (might be there in the A), Charlotte Panthers (I'll be there -Weekend man party!), Pats, Jets and Arizona ..I think they no worse than 2-3. That equals my prediction of 11-5...BUT after winning Central division they will lose the first playoff game whatever or whoever they play. The lions Offense will be legendary if everyone stays healthy. I wouldnt draft ANY offensive players this year UNLESS Mike Evans is available at 10th spot and the two CB's Gilbert and the MSU kid are gone. I'm happy to be able to see two road games this year!!
If one of the top LBs falls to us I think we take him. Barr or Mack.
2014 NFL Draft I'll take any of these guys with the first pick at #10: TE Ebron, if he's .5 as good as Saints leading receiver TE. he's a good get OT Lewand, Oline depth is always needed. Let Waddle be first off the bench WRs Evans or Watkins QB Manziel if he falls to 10, I think you need to take him. LBs Mack or Barr ------------------------------------ Pick 42- 45 second round: CBs Jean-Baptiste and K. McGill both 6'3" 4.4ish in the 40 yd dash SS Deone Bucannon LBs K. VanNoy, J. Attaochu ------------------------------------- Pick 75 third round DE W. Clark 6'6" 270 DE J. Gayle 6'4" 260 WR D. Street WR D. Moncrief I'd be happy with any of these guys. Based loosely on need.
So Suh me.... Ndamukong Suh already testing leadership of Lions' new coach with no-show at voluntary workouts - Yahoo Sports
If you really want people to show up, maybe you should call it obligatory workout, not voluntary. That being said, it would be nice for Suh to show some leadership and show up. Sent from outerspace
He's obviously not a leader.
I really don't remember our last player/leader. Don't think we draft for that. I guess there's hope for Reggie Bush.
What are Suh's options as far as contract and trades ? He has none. He's said he wants to be a Lion...? What is his worth ? To the Lions to a trade team ? We owe him $22M now ! Smoothing out that cap hit [again] will hurt us down the road. I say he comes in for ~$15M , spreading $7 across his new contract. Probably 5 years at $14M + $1.4M [7/5] = $15.4 x 5 = $77M Now since I'm very cheap it'll be more like $87M total. But we keep trade rights.
If the Lions draft a receiver in the first round it's game over. Ain't nobody stopping Calvin, Tate, AND e.g. Evans ( if they get him)!!
Matthew Stafford could stop them.
You're not a good person.
Yea...Bill can rain on any party...but its the truth.
Be careful with Bill. Better check the color of that "rain".
More of a "shower" than rain. And it's golden.
