I think that Joe needs to use the metric of "Is this guy good enough to play for the Dominican Republic" when evaluating all future potenial Piston free agents.

At 18.2 points per 36 minutes, Charlie led the Pistons this season. He was also 3rd in rebounding.

The clueless coach just simply refused to play him.

OK WTF. if the whole frickin' internet is dissing you, do you respond with a picture of your feet? What about some sort of statement. Twitter is about what color your piss was after drinking 64 oz of powerade or reporting on who picked their nose in church. An NBA player is a multi-million dollar enterprise and you just got a ton of bad PR. If that is erroneous, you need to respond! Preferably not via twitter or through planking posts.

He couldn't even ride the bench and rack up DNP's on the Dominican team. Unreal.....

If he spent half as much time in the gym as he does tweeting he wouldn't be accused of being overweight in the first place.

PS - When I first saw the thread on the Home page all that was shown was the preview which said, 'A new low: Charlie V cut by...'

My heart skipped a beat as I dared to dream. But it was not to be...

He may not have Dominican Republic National Basketball anymore, but he'll always have planking and the 50 million dollars he stole from the NBA to fall back on.

Also: Really Charlie? College championship ring? You got that 8 years ago as a reserve.

When Chuckles asks "how can you get cut when you don't try out?", he makes it sound like any Dominican guy can just show up at the gym and start running with the team.

Very strange that of all the people in the World that didn't try out for that team, he was the only one who was cut.

I'm somewhat ashamed to admit that I was also cut from, the Dominican Republic team.
    Coach Cal is a jerk!

We've been telling you to get your weight under control for a while now......

Next Garbage is going to claim that Cal is discriminating against Dominicans when selecting the team.

It just made so much sense. I can't believe it didn't work.
