You shouldn't miss the play of Rudy Fernandez (drafted in number 24th by Suns) and Ricky Rubio, a seventeen years old player that is going to be a big star in the next years.

    Regards

Thanks. I was just starting to wonder what happened to him.

I guess the injury wasn't that bad.

Yeah there was some real shananagans going on last summer when they traded him.
This guy is ahead of our rookies at SG and might be JD's ace in the hole.

Maybe when Flip, Lindsey, and Super Dupe are all gone (next year), we'll bring Old AA back, we still have his rights, and i still believe we think very highly of him. But first we need to make sure is knee problem is all fixed.

What level is F C. Barcelona on?

Is it in the top league or the lowest level league. I believe that they have something like 5 league levels in Spain.

    Thanks

I believe that Cheikh played last year in one of the lower level leagues or at least not in the top level league.

    :hoops:

Hopefully all that helps, it looks like Acker plays in the top league (ACB), and FC Barcelona is where the Gasol brothers played, Varajao, and a couple other familiar names played. Not sure how the three leagues of the LEB are broken down, but they are clearly below the premier ACB.

    Thanks.

It is nice to see that he is playing good ball at that level of competition.

Does it really matter? I don't think he's coming to D-town anyway.

FC Barcelona is in the top level of the Spanish league and one of the best teams in Europe. Others famous players who played in Barcelona are JC Navarro and Francisco Elston.
Cheik Samb played in LEB's second level, in one team that is affiliated with the FC Barcelona.

Acker is playing a few minutes because he is recovering of the injury but the truth is that his statistics in these moments are poor and that his coach doesn't trust too much in him.
    10 min, 3pt and 0,7rb in 7 games.

I see Acker to play every week and or he improves very much or I doubt that Dumars thinks about him.

It appears to me that a particular player does not have to be "coming to D-town anyway" in order to be interested in his career.

I thought all that knee stuff was BS anyway. The trade was made...so he passed the physical...
